Monk fruit is a low-glycemic natural sweetener that has 0 calories (!). It was discovered by monks in the highlands of China 1000 years ago, and now we use it as a sugar substitute in our PB cup.

IMOs are also non-digestible carbohydrates that we use as a replacement for sugar. They are about 60% as sweet as regular sugar. You can find them naturally in products like miso, honey, and soy sauce.

Nope. While many other “better for you” chocolate brands have turned to sugar alcohols as a sugar substitute, we chose to avoid them because they can cause digestive issues and tummy troubles.

Our cups are plant-based and made with vegan ingredients. There’s no dairy in our ingredient list, whatsoever. However, because our cups are made in a factory where other products are made with milk ingredients, we can’t officially call them vegan.

So delicious, creamy and smooth. I usually eat the whole bag over the course of a day but it’s also very satisfying to only eat one or two at a time with an iced coffee but the taste is so good, I usually just give myself free reign!

I just left my dentist (here in Austin); it's my understanding that you are a patient there, also. I saw these on the counter, they offered, and I melted into the little oat milk chocolatey, peanut buttery cup. Holy Moly!! These are so delicious and my newly cleaned teeth and mouth are so happy! I gave the puppy dog eyes and got a second one! These were truly divine. Wanted to bring some back to my office mates, but nope, nope, nope! I decided for once to be selfish, and boy, am I glad I was! Thank you for being kind enough to share. They'll be in my pantry soon enough. Best of luck to you!
